Reset With Ramona

Retrogrades are a moment of reflection sometimes those moments can seem a bit intense if we are not prepared for the energy of it all. If you have just started on your journey back to yourself, you may hear the word retrograde and want to abort mission immediately. But the reality is retrogrades teach us to deal with disruption and find a new way forward. 

With Mars, Mercury, and Uranus moving direct (out of retrograde) this is totally a time to focus on taking steps (sometimes baby ones) toward whatever it is our heart is crying out for. Thank god they are moving direct during the Capricorn season. There is a healthy discipline in the air to guide us toward this new operating system of life. 

I donʻt know about you but I want my life to feel at ease, grounded, focused, joyful, clear, and conscious to name a few, and to get there have to be specific steps that I take to be consistent with that. Mars is such an important part of our chart. This baby teaches us about where to take action and be assertive in our lives. Currently, in Gemini, this is all about the story. Taking steps towards curiosity of what our narrative truly is. Mars is also the planet of war so be mindful of the past few months when all-out war was taking place in your life. War and peace baby.

Use the thesaurus, google feelings, and most importantly have fun with it. This can be repeated at any time and applied to any situation work, relationship, or even at the start of your day. The idea is that you are in tune with the feelings of life, not just the goals and objectives.

Now back to the planets.

Mercury in Capricorn is asking you to build the system for communication in your life. Start with how you communicate with yourself. What are those voices in your head telling you? Are you talking sh** to yourself about yourself if so maybe it is time to introduce a ritual practice to calm that mean voice down!
