Just Save This In Your Phone

How to love yourself! Right now! Sometimes it only takes a list, and this one worked for me! Nothing too crazy, not a big commitment. Just a small act of self-love that can go a really long way! 

You could repeat one for as long as you want. You could do all 30 (1 per day = a month of self love!.) Do 25 a day. It literally does not matter. Just actually do it, my loves! 

  1. Drink a glass of water or a sip. Wherever you are, hydration is cool. 

  2. Put on your favorite song. 

  3. Now dance to that song (a 2 for 1 deal, baby!!)

  4. Pick up the book you put down 6 months ago and read one chapter.

  5. Read one page per day until it’s done.

  7. Eat your favorite thing for dinner. 

  8. Call someone you haven’t talked to in a minute and just listen.

  9. Sweep your kitchen. (Call me crazy but I loooove a clean floor!)

  10. Meditate. (If meditating is new for you, sit down and set a timer for 1 minute. Breathe in 3 breaths, and out 4 breaths. Set a goal for yourself of where you want to be in a week.)  

  11. Read a book, an IG post, a blog, etc. Anything about self-care! Just consume all of that self-love.

  12. Go look at something beautiful! Affirm it and say out loud, “WOW this is gorgeous!” 

  13. Look in the mirror! Say “Hello Hottie!” to yourself. 

  14. Do some type of exercise. Any amount of time is just right! 

  15. Write down something you are grateful for. You can do this once a day! 

  16. Do something creative. 

  17. Prepare food for yourself.

  18. Organize something in your home that you have been putting off for months. 

  19. Take a hot shower or bath.

  20. Lay in your bed and do nothing just relax. Enjoy the comfort of your pillows. 

  21. Stretch. 

  22. Research something you were thinking about doing. 

  23. Go for a walk. 

  24. Touch yourself any way you see fit. Wink Wink! 

  25. Pop over to that to-do list you have had for a million years and do one thing.

  26. Write down a few things you love about yourself. Try this once a day.

  27. Netflix and Chill with yourself. 

  28. Write down one goal and try and check it off the list.  

  29. Be with your tribe. 

  30. Do something in nature.
